Specifications for The Pop-up Diamond Direct Mailer

The pop-up diamond promotional mail products containten triangular faces that measure approximately 110 x 110 x 85mm. The Diamonds are 200 x 145mm when flatand are supplied with a custom mailer. The pop-up product and mailer are printed in 4 color process on 500 micron box board and popped-up by an internal rubber band. 

Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up.
